I've never liked politics much. But i did somehow end up going to see Al Gore's new movie. It is called "An Inconvenient Truth". It is a documentary, and is being played at the Avon Cinema on Thayer Street and the Warwick Mall Cinema. It is about Gobal Warming. It addresses many important topics. The part that go to me the most is that apparently the only states in the USA that have agreed to try to stop Global Warming are California, Oregon, New England, and a few states bordering New England. The rest of the US doesn't care. Somehow this says a lot about the costs of the country, but not so much about that large space between. The part that i don't understand is why do we continue to bring on this homemade iceage at full force if we know how to prevent it?
If you have any interest in global warming, i do recommend that you go see "An Inconvenient Truth".

Hey Annie,
Thanks for the recommendation… I think Kate and I will go see it!
Despite Kate graduating with a degree in soil and water resources, it’s taken us a few years to grow a sincere interest in taking better care of our planet. We just built a compost structure, and are looking into ways to reduce our energy/product consumption. Our car still drips oil in the driveway, but hopefully our pollutant hypocrisy will continue to diminish…
We've got a baby sitter, and plans to see a 2:35 showing of "An Inconvenient Truth" tomorrow. Woohoo... a date with my wife, and a good movie... :)
Conspiracy!
Just before our baby sitter showed up, I went online to check the show times, and “An Inconvenient Truth” had been removed from the afternoon schedule… Oh well, we’ll rent it I’m sure.
wow, that really is a conspiracy....
Yeah, I think N. Korea had something to do with the schedule change… but then again, they don’t have oil… now I'm stumped.
